The 4 phases of launching a new site

I conduct preliminary research based on a questionnaire you have pre-filled and gather data on everything from your target audience to your visual preferences and visions for the business, among other things.
I send over an agreement which protects both parties
You are invoiced for 50% of the total investment cost

Unless you already have a brand TOV, a logo and style guidelines you wish to keep I will send you three different style directions, each capturing a specific mood and style.
I will request content in this phase including:
Images
Video
Copy
PDF's or any downloadable
Feedback sessions are pre-booked in this phase

In this phase, I start building your site.
Delivery time depends on your requirements and package and the scope of your project, but normally I deliver between 1 - 3 weeks
Throughout this process, we will conduct various feedback sessions to continuously incorporate your input and any comments from your team.

Your domain is set up and transferred, and redirects are taken care of in this phase.
Once both parties are fully satisfied with the outcome, you are invoiced the remaining 50% of the project.
Launch date is set and your brand-new equine website goes live!

In or standard equstrian website solution, you are responsible for texts and proofreading. However, If you need any help with this, we also offer solutions that include copywriting and proofreading.

We offer a fixed support agreement, clip cards and support on an hourly basis. When you order your new equestrian website, we assess your need for support upon delivery.
All our packages are delivered with a 1 month email based support. Here you can email your questions for any help you might need in the first month after your new equestrian website launches.

The one-time expense covers the setup and design of the site. It’s difficult to provide a fixed price due to the possibility of unique functionality or design preferences, so I always offer a tailored quote that considers all your needs and wishes.
